Who we are

Corbiere is provided by Comtech Solutions Limited, which is the controller for the account data described in this notice and part of the Comtech Solutions privacy portfolio alongside CookieScan.

Our role

For case material uploaded by your organisation, your organisation is the controller and Comtech Solutions Limited acts as processor on its documented instructions. For account, billing and support data, Comtech Solutions Limited is the controller.

Data we hold

• Account data: name, work email address, organisation and role.
• Security data: authentication events and two-factor verification records.
• Audit data: actions taken on a case, retained as a record of the decision.

Applicable law

Corbiere is used across jurisdictions. Depending on the framework selected on a case and the location of your organisation, processing may fall under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018, the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017, the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, or the EU GDPR.

Retention

Case material is retained for the period configured by your organisation. Account and audit records are retained for the life of the account and for a further six years.
